It's a mirror of my entire life via the notes and Tarot is woven in naturally. So now I just do it the way I'm doing it and it works wonderfully. The journal became almost more important than using Tarot as part of the fabric of my whole of my life. But I found that getting precious about keeping a journal became too much of a focus. They're a Tarot journal, but Tarot is part of my whole life, so everything is pertinent, to my way of thinking.įor awhile I tried keeping a three-ring notebook and printing stuff out, having sections for this and for that, a printed RWS image on each page of one section and made notes on it, trying to be organized and make it a work of art. They're the right size to go into my purse and everything is in one place. In them I write my daily draws, sometimes analyses of spreads in the Your Readings sections here, AT addresses, notes on exchanges I'm part of or presiding over here, comments on daily events in my life, sometimes figuring up my budget for the month, 800 numbers or urls for things like upside down tomato plants -just everything. I have several stocked up in a drawer for when I fill the one I'm using. Mine are roughly 5X8 bonded leather journals I get at Walmart every time I have a few bucks to spend.
